3. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on prior job duration, traffic, and other factors. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window and will notify you of any significant delays. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to ordering materials. All sales are final once services have been rendered.
5. Warranties
AZ Garage Door stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service and product:

- Product Warranty: Garage doors, openers, and parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you with any warranty claims during the applicable warranty period.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, Acts of God (including monsoons, extreme weather, or natural disasters), or normal wear and tear.
