The Priority Care Membership is $125 per year (billed annually). Most members make that back on their first service visit through the waived trip fee, included tune-up, and 10% repair discount.
Do members pay the service-call (trip) fee?No. Non-members pay a $49 service-call fee to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem (credited toward the repair if they proceed). For members, that fee is waived on every visit.
What's included in the annual tune-up?A 25-point inspection: we lubricate moving parts, check and adjust spring tension and door balance, tighten hardware, inspect cables and rollers, and run a full safety test on the auto-reverse and photo-eyes — a $179 value, included free each year.
How much do members save on repairs?Members get 10% off all repairs, parts, and labor — on top of the waived trip fee. On a typical repair that's another $40–$70 in savings every visit.
