How It Works
The motor unit bolts to the wall next to the torsion spring assembly. When activated, the motor turns the spring shaft, which winds or unwinds the torsion springs to raise or lower the door. Because the motor acts directly on the spring mechanism, there are no moving parts running along the ceiling — no rail, no trolley, no chain or belt. The entire ceiling is left completely clear.
